The 23rd edition of Carthage Film Festival will take place from October 23rd to 31th 2010.During eight days, the heart of Tunis will beat to the rhythm of cinema. Movies, exchange and a wide variety of the most recent regional and international films as well as many stimulating proposals will be on the agenda. Carthage Film Festival will present a new facet this time, reorganising frontiers between formats and genre in order to be in tune with the arrival of new technologies… Carthage will also continue to give special importance to screenwriting in a context where news ways of producing are emerging and where diversity needs to be rethought taking into account the views of the South. We are waiting for your films (shorts and features, documentaries and fiction) and your scripts that will carry the images to come with the support of the projects’ workshop. jcc 2008 en photos Submit a FilmTo submit a film, you need to: 1. Fill out the online Entry Form and upload your documents. 2. Print the Entry form 3. Send in your film (DVD) to the address indicated at the bottom of the Entry Form with a the printout of the entry form 4. If your film is selected, you'll have to comply with the Rules and Regulations of Carthage film festival. Films can be selected for the Official Competition (Arab and African features, documentaries and shorts), the National competition (Tunisian short films), Panorama (Arab and African features, documentaries and shorts) or the International section (features from the whole world), however, the Selection Committee decides which section a film can participate in. If your project is selected, you'll have to comply with the Rules and Regulations of Carthage film festival. Projects can be selected for the Projects’ Workshop or the Producer’s Network.
